AUTO DETECT · ONE-CLICK CLEANUP · PNG/PDF EXPORT

Image Watermark Remover

Automatically detect common watermark overlays on an image or a PDF page, repair them in one click, and save the corrected result as PNG or PDF.

How does the Image Watermark Remover tool work?

This tool focuses on image-style watermarks, not text metadata or native PDF objects. Open a JPG, PNG, WEBP or a PDF page, drag a rectangle over the visible mark, choose a repair mode and apply the cleanup.

Average fill works well on plain backgrounds, Blur is useful when the watermark sits on textured but non-critical areas, Clone from left is helpful when the surrounding area repeats, and White cover is often best for margins or white document zones.

Selection-based cleanup

Draw a box over one mark at a time and repeat if necessary.

Undo-ready workflow

Reverse the last cleanup step and try another repair mode.

PNG or PDF export

Save the cleaned result in the format you need.

  1. Choose an image or PDF page.
  2. Drag a box around the watermark area.
  3. Select a repair mode and click Apply to selection.
  4. Repeat, undo if necessary, then export PNG or PDF.

Frequently asked questions

Does it remove native PDF watermarks?

This tool works on image content. For watermark objects inside a PDF, use the separate Remove Watermark tool.

Which repair mode should I try first?

Start with Average fill on plain backgrounds. If the area has repeated texture, try Clone from left. Use Blur only when a soft patch is acceptable.

Can I work on a PDF?

Yes. The current PDF page is rendered as an image for cleanup and can then be exported again as PDF or PNG.

Can I undo my last repair?

Yes. Use the Undo button to reverse the last cleanup step.

Will it perfectly reconstruct every photo?

No automatic repair is perfect. Complex backgrounds may still need multiple passes or a different repair mode.
