A PDF organizer should let you get a document into the right shape in one sitting: drop the file in, drag the pages where they belong, throw out the ones you do not need, and save. LyfPDF does that — and it also lets you add a second or third PDF into the same workspace, so you can combine and reorder in a single pass instead of merging first and organizing afterwards.

It runs entirely on your own machine. Your PDF is read by the browser, rendered locally, and written back out locally. Nothing is uploaded, so there is no queue, no file-size ceiling imposed by a server, and no copy of your document sitting on someone else's disk.

How to organize a PDF

  1. Drop your PDF onto the page, or click to choose it. Add more PDFs any time with the Add PDF button — pages from each file get their own colour so you can tell them apart.
  2. Drag any page thumbnail to move it. Shift-click to select a range, Ctrl-click (Cmd on Mac) to pick pages one by one, then drag the whole selection at once.
  3. Rotate with the ↺ ↻ buttons, delete with ✕, or type a command like delete 3-7, 12 or keep 1-10 into the box. Ctrl+Z undoes anything.
  4. Click Save & download. The rebuilt PDF lands in your downloads folder.

Frequently asked questions

Can I organize pages from more than one PDF at once?

Yes. Use Add PDF to bring in as many files as you like. Pages from each file are colour-coded, and you can interleave them freely before saving one combined PDF.

Can I delete several pages at the same time?

Yes. Shift-click to select a range, or type delete 3-7, 12 in the command box. You can also do the opposite with keep 1-10.

Are my files uploaded anywhere?

No. Pages are rendered locally by your browser and the new PDF is assembled locally too. No file is ever sent to a server.

Is there a page or file-size limit?

There is no limit we impose. Very large files are bounded only by your device's memory.

Can I undo a mistake?

Yes — Ctrl+Z (Cmd+Z on Mac) steps back through your edits, and Ctrl+Y steps forward again.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. Tap to select pages and use the on-thumbnail buttons; the layout adapts to small screens.

Do I need an account?

No. There is no sign-up, no email and no daily task limit.
